We all know how stressful work can be, especially when we are trying to balance work life with personal life. Stress can lead to multiple negative effects on both our mental and physical health including blood pressure, heart attacks, lack of sleep, foggy brain, and a lack of focus and motivation. None of these things are conducive to productivity at work or happiness in our personal life. In order to combat stress, it’s important that we make time for ourselves, do the things we love, and spend time with our family and friends. Finding a great work life balance can really help you manage your stress and get more done.




Stress clouds our thinking and leads to bad performances in anything we may be trying to achieve at the time. Which can in turn lead to more stress leaving incapable of completing the easiest of tasks. When this happens, and even the simplest things seem to weigh us down there are tricks to aid us in keeping everything on track. Even down to the idea of keeping important things in the same memorable places, so when it comes to locating them stress doesn’t have us panicking as time becomes tight.
